We are the smallest apartment association in Texas and probably the smallest apartment association with a web site in U.S.A. We started out with only 6 members and we have grown to over 60 and still growing. Come join and be informed about your rental rights as a landlord or property managers. We also encourage those that provide a product or service to our industry to join us in our growth.
Background
C.A.A. was charted by T.A.A. in 1980 with the help of a small group headed by Evelyn and Lloyd Moore. There encouragement and support along with Jon Ketcham and Larry Hutson serving as the first two Presidents of C.A.A and others have kept this Association going for over 30 years.
Counties we cover
C.A.A. covers Navarro, Freestone and Henderson Counties. If you have rental property in any of these Counties you should be a member of our association. We are affiliated with Texas Apartment Association and The National Apartment Association.

Our affiliation with TAA allows us the usage of their knowledge in the rental housing industry. T.A.A has made available to use Apartment and Residential lease forms and many other form to aid in our business. T.A.A also has the "Red Book" of legal laws that provide us information so we can provide rental housing fairly to everyone.
Your local J.P. is provided free of charge a new "Red Book" every two years. They are very familiarly with the TAA lease forms and they will hold up in J.P. courts if you follow the law.
We have two sources that you can choose from concerning RESIDENT SCREENING. You will need to access this information from our MEMBERS ONLY page.
Monthly Meetings
We have monthly dinner meetings in Corsicana that provide educational and informative speakers. You have the opportunity to meet with other in your profession and with product and service representatives that serve our industry.

Looking for housing in Corsicana
Look at the web pages Apartments and Houses. There you will find our membership along with how to contact by phone or e-mail address. We also have provided a map showing where the apartments are located in Corsicana. We don't as yet have any maps showing locations in the other town's that CAA serves.
